After being employed by the Royal Bank for many years, Annette Grimaila became associated with John Chandioux and assumed the position of Vice President of John Chandioux Consultants Inc. In 1991, she acquired control of EDIT Inc., a software publisher specializing in linguistic applications.

Today, she continues to hold the two positions: Vice President of John Chandioux Consultants Inc. and President of EDIT Inc. The latter publishes the spelling and grammar checkers developed by its sister company in the Chandioux Group as well as educational software known as the GramR line. With her years of experience as a trainer and as a programmer-analyst, as well as a university degree in communications, Annette intends to make the Chandioux Group synonymous with quality in the language field.
